1. Who we are
Lodestake (formerly CloviIdea) is provided by Vital Webmaster LLC (“we”). By using Lodestake you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. What Lodestake is
A tool for exploring and testing business ideas: idea generation and enrichment, business plans, name and domain checks, venture packets, and evidence reports (in pilot). Features marked pilot or coming may change or be withdrawn.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about unauthorised use. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
4. Your content
Ideas, plans and other material you put in remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to run the service for you. We do not publish your ideas or use them to build other customers’ reports.
5. AI-generated output
Lodestake uses AI models to draft ideas, plans, names and reports. Output can be wrong or incomplete. Evidence reports remove numbers their sources do not carry, but a cited source can itself be wrong. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it.
6. Not advice
Nothing in Lodestake is legal, financial, investment or tax advice. Name, domain and handle checks are not trademark clearance. Domain availability can change at any moment.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Lodestake to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attack or overload the service, scrape it at scale, or get around rate limits or access controls.
8. Plans and payment
Public pricing is not yet published. Any paid plan will be offered with its own terms of price, billing and cancellation before you are charged.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lodestake available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; material changes to these terms will be announced before they take effect.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lodestake is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. [Proposed: final wording, governing law and any dispute-resolution clause to be set at review.]
11. Ending
You may stop using Lodestake at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
